The giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, international countries of which we ship to who are 18 years of age or older. Please check if we ship to your country by entering your country at checkout.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Soul Charms and not to any other party. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Soul Charms to use Winners name, Facebook, Instagram profile, name, likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation on a permanent basis for the purpose of the giveaway.
Void where prohibited.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The entrant must have entered via our Facebook Messenger campaign in order to enter for the giveaway prize.
Closing date for giveaway will be Nov 9th, 2019. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
Winners will be chosen at random and announced on Nov. 12, 2019 from all completed entries via Facebook Messenger.
Winner reserves the right to not accept the prize and will forfeit all rights to the prize. In this event another winner will be chosen.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Soul Charms ( promoter) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes she be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be notified by Facebook Message Feature on your Facebook Account within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. Prize will be mailed via USPS First class. Mail. Participant will be asked for valid mailing address. In the event Prize package is returned or not delivered, the promoter will not attempt to mail again and prize will be void.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by U.S., Arizona law and international law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. / international data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
