-All carriers are now experiencing additional processing and delivery times. Carriers are no longer giving exact delivery dates until the package has arrived at your local carrier and within a few days of delivery.

-Some regions are processing faster than others and please expect that orders may take up to 60 business days to arrive. We do guarantee delivery time of 60 business days.

Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully.

During public holidays, processing time may be delayed. Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays, other logistic delays, and customs inspections, the following are only estimates.

I only received part of my order. Where's the rest?

Orders for multiple items may be shipped out separately to ensure a prompt delivery. Don't worry if you only receive part of your order- the other items should be arriving shortly!

How do I cancel/change the details of my order?

If you want to cancel or change an order or provide an address update, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@soulcharmsnyc.com with your order number and we will do our best to see that those changes are updated. After 2 hours , your order may already be processed for shipment. At that time orders may not be canceled. Orders that have already been processed for shipment or already in transit are not eligible for a refund / cancellation. Once shipment is received, please contact us for the return instructions.

**If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. In the event that the package is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund the order.
