Stress tapping on your shoulders?

Soon enough all you’ll be doing, is running around without catching your breath due to the upcoming holiday season. Thanksgiving is basically around the corner, and Christmas is shortly after.


It’s an upcoming stressful season. But we all know it doesn’t just stop here.


Stress is a sneaky little grinch waiting to jump on us on every corner. A little stress is inevitable, but how do you restore your sense of calm when it constantly gets the best of you?


And it’s just a matter of time when the constant dancing on your shoulders eventually fatigues you. And the grinch is very good at keeping you blinded, leaving you clueless on how to get out of the rut.


How do you deal with stress? You most likely have your own rituals. (One of mine includes fatty foods. Wow it sounds so bad after typing it out. Oh well, it’s called comfort foods for a reason! Ha.)


I’m not telling you to change your habits. You know what works for you. (And who really wants to give up comfort foods?)


So if you have that moment to yourself, enhance it with crystals. It will help you take the time out of your day to really connect with your inner charger. Crystals make you go easy on yourself. Which in return is deeply calming and helps you shake the grinch off your shoulders faster. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
