Feeling someone’s presence when you’re alone?

The feeling of an unseen presence. When was the last time you experienced the presence of someone sitting right next to you? Or you could feel you’re being eyed when you went to bed. Except, no one else was around.

It’s a somewhat controversial topic, without being labelled as woo-woo crazy. (Or told to watch less horror movies.) But I feel like I can be open with you.

Often times it’s our spiritual guides and angels trying to communicate with us, and are perfectly timed when we need them the most. They surround us with loving energy that is so light and pure, that helps you through a rough patch or to protect you. Depending on what’s currently going on in your life.

But these signs can be hard to respond to or even recognize - how do you know it’s not just a figment of your imagination?

Amethyst

In the psychic and spiritual realms, Amethyst is an excellent all-purpose stone that can increase spirituality and enhance intuition and psychic powers of all kinds. It does this by making a clear connection between the earth plane and other planes and worlds.

Sandstone

Sandstone bridges the gap between the earthly and spirit realms, so it is a great stone to use for contacting spirit guides or performing holistic healing.

Lapis Lazuli

The best advice I can give you on establishing a connection with spirits, is to practice, practice, practice. But first you need to align with their energies.
